60 DAYS WORLDWIDE RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to ensure that you enjoy shopping with us.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 60 business days of receipt. We will not be able to accept requests for returns if 60 business days has passed after your order has been delivered.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wright & Perriand Returns
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and your order number. We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, you will have the option to receive a replacement piece or options of refund, the choice is up to you.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new piece will be sent to you once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, refund options will be given to you.
IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ coming from a different warehouse. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 business days of purchase date. Orders may sometimes experience delay during this season due to high demand.
Should you not receive your order within 90 business days of purchase date, you are entiled for a full refund the original amount of your payment or a free reshipment. If you have not received your item within 90 business days, simply email us at email@example.com to be credited your refund.
If you have yet to receive your reshipment within 60 business days of the reshipment order being despatched, you are entitled for a full refund the original amount of your payment.
After we have confirmed that you are eligible for returns, as customer satisfaction is our top priority, we offer the following refund options:
- Full refund: After we have inspected your returned item (1-2 business days after your return shipping arriving), you will be credited the original amount of your payment minus shipping cost (if any). After your refund has been processed, expect 5-10 business days to see the money back in your bank.
- Reshipment: A reshipment will shipped to your shipping address free of charge.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To begin initiating a return, within 60 business days of delivery, please return your item to our return address and reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return.
- We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Wright & Perriand cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after a purchase is made. However if 24 hours have passed after your order is made then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
